The first step to apply for Habitat’s affordable homeownership program is watching this video. At the end, you’ll find a website address to download and print the application. You must TYPE IN that web address to get to the application. The application must be printed, completed and turned in, with all required documentation, to the Habitat office. The deadline to turn in applications is 2 p.m. on March 7, 2025. Appointments required. To make an appointment or if you have issues getting the application packet, call us at 864-375-1177 and press 2 for the administrative office.

Income must fall between 35% and 60% of the Area Median Income based on your household size. Minimum and maximum income levels for program eligibility, based on household size, shown below. Subject to change.
